Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Arusha / Kilimanjaro International Airport, driving toward Tarangire National Park. Enter a spectacular landscape of giant baobab trees and open savannahs filled with wildlife. Enjoy a full day game drive focusing on large elephant herds, often seen gathering along the Tarangire River, especially during dry season movement patterns. Spot lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and diverse birdlife as you explore the park. Enjoy a bush or picnic lunch inside the park while continuing wildlife viewing. In the late afternoon, proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Ngorongoro Crater Descent
After breakfast, drive through the scenic highlands toward the Ngorongoro Crater. Descend 600 meters into the crater floor for a full day game drive in one of Africa's richest wildlife ecosystems. Experience Big Five encounters including lions, elephants, buffalo, and the rare black rhino, alongside hippos and flamingos. This enclosed ecosystem offers intense predator prey interactions and high wildlife density. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater surrounded by breathtaking scenery. In the late afternoon, ascend the crater and drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater to Central Serengeti
After breakfast, journey through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward Serengeti National Park. Stop briefly at Naabi Hill Gate before entering the Central Serengeti (Seronera), the heart of the Great Migration ecosystem. Enjoy your first game drive across open plains where migrating wildebeest and zebra herds begin to appear, often followed by lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. The Seronera River provides a lifeline for resident wildlife, making this area one of the best for predator sightings. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before continuing your afternoon game drive. Later, arrive at your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay in the wild.
Dinner and overnight at Osinon Serengeti Camp
Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Safari, Morning Game Drive and Return to Arusha
Begin your final morning with an optional Hot Air Balloon ride over the Central Serengeti, offering breathtaking aerial views of the Great Migration as wildebeest and zebra move across the golden plains while predators roam below. After landing, enjoy a bush breakfast in the wild. For those not taking the balloon safari, breakfast will be served at the camp. After breakfast, start your morning game drive in the Central Serengeti migration area, focusing on active wildlife and Big Cat sightings across the plains. Continue with your final exploration en route as you exit the park and drive back through the Ngorongoro Highlands.
