This early departure ensures you arrive at the park gate just as it opens, catching the wildlife during their active morning hours. We typically return to Arusha or Moshi between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, depending on traffic and park conditions.

Yes, day trips are highly suitable because they do not require overnight stays or long-term packing. Arusha National Park is particularly excellent for families due to shorter driving distances and the opportunity for gentle nature walks. However, keep in mind that a day trip involves several hours of driving in a 4x4 vehicle on bumpy dirt roads (often called 'African massage'). We will pick you up directly from the airport terminal arrival lounge, guide you through a private day safari (such as Arusha National Park or Chemka Hot Springs), and return you safely back to the airport well in advance of your onward flight.
