Rift Valley groundwater forest, tree-climbing lions & night game drive
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be welcomed by your safari guide and begin the journey toward Lake Manyara National Park through the scenic Great Rift Valley landscapes. Lake Manyara is famous for groundwater forests, tree climbing lions, and diverse birdlife across lakeshore ecosystems. The park supports elephants, giraffes, hippos, zebras, baboons, flamingos, and predators within forests and open plains. Lunch at your lodge, afternoon at leisure. Evening drive to Lake Manyara National Park for night game drive experience.

After breakfast, continue through Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward Central Serengeti while passing volcanic landscapes, Maasai villages, and wildlife corridors. Arrive in Central Serengeti, one of Africa’s richest safari ecosystems known for year round migration activity and high predator concentration. Wildlife viewing begins immediately across kopjes, rivers, and open plains where lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, and large wildebeest herds are commonly seen. Lunch is enjoyed during lunchtime in a scenic wilderness location before continuing safari and arriving at camp.

Wildlife sightings may continue along the route as animals move through surrounding ecosystems. Lunch is enjoyed during lunchtime en route before arriving in Ngorongoro Highlands.

This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a collapsed volcanic caldera supporting elephants, lions, buffalo, hippos, flamingos, and the endangered black rhino across grasslands, swamps, and lake areas. Game drives explore different sections of the crater offering exceptional Big Five viewing opportunities throughout the day. Lunch is enjoyed during lunchtime inside the crater before ascending to Karatu.
